BioSquare Silicon Valley is the first major reposition of office to life science real estate in San Jose, CA totaling 7 buildings and 465K sq ft. Blue Rise Ventures has acted as an Asset Management partner to the Owner since November 2020 leading the design and construction required to transform the entire park from office to life science use.

BioSquare Silicon Valley is actively marketed as a budding life science micro-cluster in North San Jose via the completion of a speculative lab build of a 66K sq ft building including 35K sf ft of lab ready space. Our buildings provide clear span floor to ceiling height up to 15 ft, and speculative interiors include existing casework and fume hoods, on-site redundant power capacity, and customizable space planning.

The campus was rebranded though a thoughtful program which is complemented by the execution of several life science leases including Accuragen, Allay Therapeutics, San Jose BioCube, and Turn Bio.
