Encore is a Sacramento regional portfolio of 28 small-bay, multi-tenant, industrial buildings totaling 1.9 million square feet in Natomas, CA. The portfolio offers light industrial use spaces with suites ranging from 1,600 to 88,000 square feet all clustered in an infill, supply-constrained submarket with airport proximity and immediate access to I-80 and I-5 interstate highways.

Natomas has emerged as Sacramento’s premier industrial submarket serving as the region’s last-mile and regional distribution hub. NNN face rents are among the highest in the region. No comparable small bay product is under construction, as new development is geared toward large-bay users.

Tenants range from publicly traded companies to California state government agencies and regional operators across logistics, manufacturing, automotive, beverage distribution, and healthcare.

This project marks the 8th joint venture between DRA Advisors and Blue Rise Ventures since 2017, with BRV assuming the role of the operating partner for this portfolio at the time of acquisition in July 2026.
